These terms cover the public marketing site, guided demo, waitlist, and authenticated Claim Assurance workbench.
Not legal advice
LexAlign is software for reviewing matter records. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not replace attorney judgment. Outputs require reviewer gates before anything is treated as filing-ready.
Accounts and evaluation access
Sign-in uses Clerk. New self-serve sign-ups may be waitlisted. Evaluation workspaces are matter-scoped. You are responsible for only uploading records you are authorized to process.
Public demo
The guided Texas commercial path and guest Citation Trust reads are synthetic. Guest work is not saved. Do not treat demo content as a real dispute or as a substitute for a signed evaluation agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass matter isolation, harvest another tenant's records, or present unverified model output as a court filing. We may suspend access that threatens isolation, review integrity, or service health.
