LexAlign is a matter-scoped Claim Assurance workbench. This notice describes what we collect, how it is isolated, and how to reach us.

Who we are

LexAlign is operated by MahumTech. The product is offered at lexalign.ai for Texas commercial-litigation evaluation teams.

What we collect

Account identity from Clerk when you sign in or join the waitlist (name, email, organization metadata).
Matter records, documents, and review actions you upload or generate inside an authorized workspace.
Operational logs needed to run retrieval, review gates, and deployment health.
Marketing-site events that are privacy-safe and not tied to a durable personal profile.

How matter data is used

Retrieval, citations, and review stay scoped to the authorized matter. Customer documents are not used to train foundation models. Trust posture on outputs remains explicit — verified, degraded, insufficient, or unauthorized — rather than implied as filing-ready.

Public demo

The guided Texas commercial demo and guest Citation Trust reads use a synthetic, guest-visible fixture. They do not open private customer matters and do not persist guest work.
